He takes care of my family reminds us when my daughters need things and goes so far as to even check on me when I was in the hospital, asking my wife about my status. I wish, that as a medical practitioner myself, that we had a thousand more Toms to spread around the medical industry. We would have a much safer and customer oriented industry.”

“Have been going to Ingles for a number of years. Most always well stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables, meat has been very good. Prices have gone up considerably, which has caused me to surf for sales and BOGOs at several stores. However, still like the small town feel and familiarity of Ingles.”

“This is my Vax place so when I went online this was the only place near me I could get a vaccination so signed up. Really nice staff, under staffed- and people are so impatient and rude to the staff and give bad reviews when they are Doing what they can . Just got my second shot, they text me, email me, and call ahead of time to make sure I remember - which I need - and there is a wait even if past your time as it's getting COVID busy again and people need to chill. I was polite and they appreciated it even though I waited 30 min past my appt but again, they had 2 people quit - not sure why people are not coming to work but they were professional and courteous. I shopped around, got some candy and got my shot. Thanks essential workers for staying to help! Recommmend!”

He also helped me obtain more info regarding infant medications from the pharmacy, and was happy to help. He really helped me get what I needed for my nephew. Right before Christmas, at that! “I have not had a bad experience getting my prescriptions from Monroe’s Walmart. Compared to another pharmacy I’ve tried, the pharmacists here are knowledgeable and patient. They always have clarifying answers to my questions and give guidance on how I should take my medicine and what side effects I could have. Some other pharmacies don’t give that much guidance, so I appreciate Monroe’s Walmart for that.”

“I called tonight in regards to my son's medication he uses daily needing a refill. At first I was told it was on backorder, which happens. The young man that.I was on the phone with called me back within 2 minutes of being off the phone to let me know that another pharmacy has it and he could transfer my prescription if I would be willing to make the drive. I really appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond to take care of your customers! This is the reason I only get medications filled at this Publix!”
