Great customer service. I was in a pinch and needed a 15 ft. uhaul truck and these guys pulled through. The Process was super easy and the customer service was very accommodating. Highly recommend. 5 stars and I will return.

Only leaving 1 star bc its the lowest possible. They allowed me to rent a truck online. I get there to pick it up And they say there's pretty much no way to get the key for it and that I have to drive more than thirty minutes to a different location to get what i need.

You consistently allow people with no idea what they are doing to work as rental agents and frankly, it boggles my mind! TRAIN THESE PEOPLE...
