“Our chain came completely off track. Despite our efforts, we could not get it back on. Called Randy and he was able to come out the next day. He not only fixed the chain but also fixed some installer errors from the previous owners. Reasonably priced and had us up and running in less than 24 hours”

“Lovett's has been my go-to for nearly 30 years. They're a great source for outdoor/work clothing & boots, and the selection of fasteners they carry (which takes up a long wall) puts every other store in this area to shame.”

“I went looking for a toolbox. The smaller ones. The ones they had that were plastic were not very well built. I ended up going to home depot. I have bought things in Harbor Freight before but they didn't have what I needed this time.”

“Don't ever let anyone say that tenea in the key department doesn't work hard, I had to figure out how to get my new key fob connected to a d ring and she figured it out while shedding blood through the process, she tried and tried again and for that I really appreciate it and that's the reason she deserves a good review and respect on the floor here at the pooler location”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to recognize two outstanding employees at **The Home Depot in Pooler: Angelia and James. From the moment we walked into the store, they approached us and offered assistance without us even needing to ask. Their attentiveness and professionalism immediately stood out. Angelia took the time to inform us about an excellent deal on materials that was available at that moment. We had not come to the store specifically looking for that material, but thanks to her knowledge and guidance, we discovered an opportunity that allowed us to finally move forward with a project we had been planning for many months. James was equally impressive. He helped us gather all the materials we needed and provided valuable information about everything required to complete the project correctly. He also made the checkout process much easier by allowing us to pay directly at his desk inside the store, which was extremely helpful since we were purchasing a large amount of heavy materials. What truly made the experience exceptional was their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn’t just help us inside the store — they also walked with us to the parking lot and helped load everything into our vehicle. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were remarkable. Employees like Angelia and James represent the very best of what customer service should be. We are truly grateful for their help and hope their efforts are recognized. Experiences like this are exactly why customers continue choosing Home Depot. Thank you, Angelia and James, for such exceptional service. Mariah & Jason”
