“I stopped in on a whim with a odd request. I'm actually from South Florida and I was trying to get a old key made for my 1950 Buick. Not only did they have the blank in stock but I didn't have the lock with me. Just a photo of the cylinder code. They were able to cross reference it whip up a key for me while I waited. I really appreciate it. And it worked flawlessly. You have no idea how hard it was to get an actual key for the trunk of my car. It was actually the last step in completing a 5-year project. And no one locally could do it. All that old knowledge is lost on modern cars. Really appreciate it guys. Thanks again.”

“I have been going to Maycrest for years and they make Valet keys cheap so you don't lock yourself out of your car and they send Birthday cards and Mother's day cards with coupons if you give your info. They also repair vacuum cleaners and even cut boards for me once even though they really don't gave the set up to do it.”

The people there are so friendly and able to help with all of our little projects. We have come here for several different items and projects and they have always come through- or put us in the right direction! It’s located not too far from Oglethorpe Mall. And worth the trip!”

“Another excellent experience with a wonderful, locally-owned lumberyard serving Savannah for nearly 100 years. The folks at Guerry are very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Made a large lumber purchase for my home that was affordable and delivered quickly. Special thanks to Quenton, the delivery person, who mastered the mega-forklift device with precision and care and even wrapped one of the pallets that was exposed to the elements. Thanks for a job well done. Guerry Lumber always delivers - literally and figuratively! Highly recommend. WOOD IS WONDERFUL :-)”

“Where has this place been my whole life!? Friendly helpful people, insanely well stocked, organized, spotlessly clean, an easy layout, and so manageable for someone not 100% confident in a hardware store. And when I found the item I had hunted all over town for on their website, chose the Savannah location they told me EXACTLY what was in stock and where EXACTLY it was in store. AND IT WAS THERE! You’ll say other stores do it too, but never well. And definitely not like Harbor Freight. Now I just gotta find a reason to go back!”

“So I bought a used Miller 211 welding machine off of marketplace didn’t know anything about it. I went to the nearest air gas and met a gentleman by the name of Edward And when I say he is experienced and well rounded that’s saying it lightly. Very professional, super helpful, went above and beyond to make sure that I understood my welding machine and the process .. If every company had a Edward, this world would be a better place”

“If you drive by the place, hang your first left and then hang another left and you’ll come in the truck entrance something I didn’t see on Google but very friendly In-N-Out in half an hour they offered free donuts and coffee so nice southern gents”

“Very knowledgeable staff with a catalog that seems like it never runs out of pages. I walked in to try and find a replacement cabinet hinge, though the hinge was discontinued, they were able to supply me with the part I needed to fix the hinge I had. Great place not just for the wide variety of supplies but also good location and GREAT staff.”

“I had an 18 volt Milwaukee Sawzall windshield extractor they needed new brushes, and Trigger. The guy there was very nice and very helpful. He took it all apart and even cleaned the inside of the motor with new bushings and made it new again all for 75 bucks. If I bought a new one it would have cost me about 800 dollars. Thank you very much kind sir. I will be a repeat customer”

“Although I cancelled an order I placed online today, I will try the Victoey Blvd. location out in person because of the professionalism of the manager, Hyman C. He listened to my concerns and I felt he really cared about the customer service issue I had. I've found it best not to do business at Home Depot on Saturdays, and I learned today that it is probably best not to order online. My best experiences are when I go into the local Home Depot to survey products available. Then you can usually get the help you need. Thank you, Home Depot, for resolving my customer service issue at the store.”

“Through the years Home Depot has been a "go to" for me when searching for holiday and seasonal decorations, outdoor flowers and plants, paint supplies, some bathroom plumbing supplies and pesticides. My experiences have been mostly positive. I've not purchased appliances from Home Depot, building supplies or ordered custom cabinetry.”

“David Holnesd in the Millwork department at Home Depot store 0122 provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I ordered the correct windows, not just a close match. He took the time to explain measurements, options, and differences clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress free. David knows his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. Because of his help, I’m confident the order was done correctly the first time. This level of service is exactly why I keep coming back. Home Depot is fortunate to have someone like David in Millwork. Excellent experience from start to finish.”

“Great experience. Everyone is so friendly. I’m from New York and you’re lucky if you get a smile from someone and if you do, it’s probably their first day on the floor. One individual who went above and beyond was “Scott” that worked in the tool rental area. I asked him to do me a big favor and without question he assisted taking his time to make certain the ask was done correctly. In all honesty, I didn’t expect this Home Depot to fulfill my request and wouldn’t have been angry as it’s not something that’s expected from the Home Depot but to my surprise… Scott is the main reason for this review. If not for him, it would have been average visit and I wouldn’t have put a review in but due to this exceptional positive experience, mainly due to Scott’s professionalism and dedication, I’ll certainly be coming back to this Home Depot for future needs.”
