“I have been going to Maycrest for years and they make Valet keys cheap so you don't lock yourself out of your car and they send Birthday cards and Mother's day cards with coupons if you give your info. They also repair vacuum cleaners and even cut boards for me once even though they really don't gave the set up to do it.”

And when I found the item I had hunted all over town for on their website, chose the Savannah location they told me EXACTLY what was in stock and where EXACTLY it was in store. AND IT WAS THERE! I walked in to try and find a replacement cabinet hinge, though the hinge was discontinued, they were able to supply me with the part I needed to fix the hinge I had. Great place not just for the wide variety of supplies but also good location and GREAT staff.”

“I had an 18 volt Milwaukee Sawzall windshield extractor they needed new brushes, and Trigger. The guy there was very nice and very helpful. He took it all apart and even cleaned the inside of the motor with new bushings and made it new again all for 75 bucks. If I bought a new one it would have cost me about 800 dollars. “Great experience. Everyone is so friendly. I’m from New York and you’re lucky if you get a smile from someone and if you do, it’s probably their first day on the floor. One individual who went above and beyond was “Scott” that worked in the tool rental area. I asked him to do me a big favor and without question he assisted taking his time to make certain the ask was done correctly.
In all honesty, I didn’t expect this Home Depot to fulfill my request and wouldn’t have been angry as it’s not something that’s expected from the Home Depot but to my surprise… Scott is the main reason for this review. If not for him, it would have been average visit and I wouldn’t have put a review in but due to this exceptional positive experience, mainly due to Scott’s professionalism and dedication, I’ll certainly be coming back to this Home Depot for future needs.”
