“My experience here has been nothing but fantastic and like family.I just moved here and I was having issues at other pharmacies getting my prescriptions filled and within one hour when others were saying 2-4 days they had me taken care of.They are absolutely amazing and very fun.The pharmaceutical team definitely makes you smile and laugh anytime you enter. And any concerns, they are there.Never experienced such a great team :)”

“My experience here is always very personal. Edwin literally is an awesome guy. His customer service skills are phenomenal. He is personable with customers and he adds a great experience with each encounter. There are other members of the staff like Bill ( Pharmacist) who seems to always have it figured out and is always ready to help.
There are a couple more individuals who stand out like Kim ( I hope that’s her name) she is always nice and friendly and there is a new young lady she actually told me she just turned 19 and that she tries her best to “ multitask. She actually has great customer service skills and is “no stranger “ to customers.
I appreciate you all … please keep up the good work. It’s not everyday you get superb customer service with a personal touch.”
“Towne Pharmacy has been our pharmacy of choice for almost 10 years now. The owner is super helpful and so smart and knows how to help her customers with suggestions and sound, professional advice. They understand how insurance works and have such knowledge when it comes to varying medications. The staff is phenomenal (Monica) and always willing to help. I highly recommend this pharmacy. You will not be disappointed.”

“This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They treat you like they actually care, with courtesy and respect. I wouldn't take my family's business anywhere else. They were great when I switched jobs and lost insurance, they made everything as affordable as possible and some prescriptions were cheaper than with insurance. I can't say enough about Quick RX. “By far the best pharmacy in Pooler. There’s zero reason to go anywhere else. Fast, efficient, and will go above and beyond to help your family get the medications you need. Always willing to answer questions and even reminded me to pick up my husbands medication when I came through to pick up my kid’s. We moved away from the area and they STILL helped us. Never thought we’d miss a pharmacy after we moved. These people are wonderful. Thank you!”
“Our dog locked us out of car, the keys were in the ignition and it was running. I asked an employee in the parking lot for help. No questions asked he was on the phone calling a locksmith and offered to pay. we didn't let him but the offer was above and beyond. By the end we had three employees helping us, including getting an umbrella for the locksmith.”

“This Walgreens is the nicest and cleanest Walgreens in Savannah. Always a pleasure walking in this store.
The pharmacist are always kind and friendly. They go above and beyond when I need help. If I need a vaccine I just walk in they are all very capable and helpful.
I highly recommend over pharmacies because the generics supplied by manufacturers are far superior to cvs and Wal Mart. And the pharmacist always help if I need refill or information. They greet me by name and make me feel important and valued as a customer.
You will enjoy the phar and the store.
Nicest employees and cleanest store of any drugstore in Savannah. I look forward to going inside and never use the drive through.”

“After a lot of back and forth with Publix’s pharmacy, I decided to come here—and I’m so glad I did. Karin, the tech, was kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. She handled everything professionally and made the process so much easier. My only suggestion would be to have another person up front to assist her, as she was managing the window alone while 3–4 others worked in the back. Overall, a much better experience here thanks to Karin.”

“I would give this pharmacy, especially Tiara, 10 times this many stars if I could. The service I received was far above and beyond. I was traveling and needed a refill on my meds, which required a transfer from a different Walmart pharmacy. I had already wasted an hour and a half at a Walmart south of Savannah trying (unsuccessfully) to get the refill. After giving up there, I called the Pooler Walmart, which was along our route. Not only did Tiara go the extra mile, calling both the original pharmacy and the one that failed to do the refill, she had me stay on the phone with her until she was sure my Rx would be ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Truly caring customer service!!”

“My doctor mixed up my prescription and sent it to another pharmacy. This staff is extremely amazing and understanding worked with me until my doctor got the address right and sent it to Kroger finally. I truly appreciate all of the staff kindness even though they knew I was getting frustrated with the process that clearly wasn’t their fault. I’m making this pharmacy my home pharmacy”
“They work really hard. The pharmacist will always go above and beyond to help out a customer. They are just always so busy and it takes forever to get any script if you’re waiting so I suggest having a doctor send it there and just wait at home for a day or two until they get it ready and send a text message to you saying it’s ready. That’s the best way to get meds from them. They also offer curbside pick up just park in a space assigned to the pharmacy and call the number and they’ll bring your meds to you. I think it’s a great pharmacy with great people and staff. They’re just so grossly understaffed and so incredibly busy 80% of the time the phone is ringing non stop. They do a pretty good job of trying to keep the line down but sometimes it gets a little long. I commend them for doing such a good job with so little help, staff,resources,and such an incredible amount of stress to deal with on a regular basis.”

“The staff here never fails to impress me with their friendliness and overall customer service. The store is always clean and well-stocked. I get all of my prescriptions there, at the drive through. They are situated off Hwy 21, and with the ongoing construction, I feel like they're sort of at a disadvantage. The entrance to the parking lot is at the back of the building, which is sort of strange to me.”

“I've been using Kroger in Rincon Ga now for at least 3 or more years. The pharmacist and staff are always helpful and courteous. After a mistake by my previous pharmacist that cost me an ER visit by ambulance while on vacation had me very concerned about another mistake. But Kroger is Fantastic! Very knowledgeable and everything is always right. Thank you guys!”
“This place has had and still has serious management issues. Fran should be fired in my opinion. One package of three package of salmon that was $5.00 off Instant Savings would not ring up. She came over and typed it in. A questioned her about the savings...wrong thing to ask!!! Well it didn't come off, so I called her back. She then removed one of the other three and was going to take off $5.00. I explained to her that it already would take off $5.00. Again how dare I question the Almighty Fran because she knew what she was doing. I questioned her again and she just got snappy. Well not only did it not work, instead it removed the $5.00 off the other two, but she had already walked off and was gone. Well she was obviously too busy saving the world and setting everyone else straight that she didn't need to see if it worked, because it had to be since she did it with her superior voice and condescending tone she took with me. I mean it must have been my fault, right? Just tell me it was my fault and I will shut up and sit down. Sorry for daring to set foot in Sam's. This is not the first time she has been rude to me. If she ever speaks to me like that again I will call her out very loudly in front of everyone for speaking to me like that.”

It’s been years since we’ve been to the CVS but any time I have to update my children’s vaccinations or get testing done, I bypass all the other locations near me and go to this one.
