Blue Ridge Recreational Park is a classic little town park with multiple ball fields, a tennis court, a playground, a pool with a slide, and a splash pad. The facilities are generally very clean and kept up well, with recent improvements noted. Visitors find there is something for everyone. However, significant safety concerns are raised. These include an unsafe playground piece with broken, sharp plexiglass, insufficient pool monitoring with lifeguards hard to identify, and unsafe baseball fields with low fences. Some areas, like the basketball court, need repair, and the concession stand is awkwardly located. The park offers promising amenities but requires important safety upgrades.

Loved the public pool, so refreshing. Life guards are friendly and very clean.

The public pool is awesome. They recently renovated it and there are good spaces for all types of swimmers and a large splash pad for younger kids.
