So I called Ledbetter's and even though there was still a little bit of a wait, it wasn't as long of a wait as the one for the wrecker! Thanks for the service!”

“I was in town visiting family, and my 8-month old platinum battery from my hometown O’Reilly’s in East Texas was completely dead the day before I was to leave. Jay checked the battery, and it tested “good”, but he was so concerned about my long drive back that he went ahead and honored the warranty and put a new battery in my car. He also checked my alternator and that tested “good” as well. That’s why I continue to do business with O’Reilly. They are all over the country and can always be trusted. That is extremely important to me. Jay was so professional and friendly, and I appreciate so much how well he took care of my issue. “Raining like crazy and needed new wiper blades. Came in and was greeted immediately. I went over to the wiper blade aisle and the young man behind the counter came out and recommended, despite what the chart said, it was always better to measure the old blades to ensure fit. He offered to go outside in the heavy rain, pull the old blades off, measure them and then install the new ones, saying "That's what we're here for!" I could have done it - but it would have taken me longer and he had a jacket and I didn't. So I let him. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Bowdon may be getting an Autozone but we sure don't need one... not with ASC around. Thanks for keeping me dry today!”
