She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and you can really tell she cares about both her customers and her team. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked, and when I needed help finding items, she went out of her way to assist me. It’s rare to see management that genuinely leads by example, and Melissa does exactly that. Because of her, this location feels welcoming and well-run. Hannah and William were trying to complete all of their closing duties before 9, but they stopped and asked me how they could help me even though they were busy. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
