“RUN — don’t walk — to CR Design Center in Decatur if you need assistance with home projects! What an impressive showroom and incredibly helpful staff! We had the good fortune to meet today with Natasha LeBlanc and Amy Mitchell and were bowled over by their expertise, energy and beautiful design advice! We walked out with having made multiple selections like countertops, back splash, sink and faucets along with assurances of qualified contractors who can do all of the necessary work to get us to the finish line. We look forward to working with Amy, Natacha and the CR crew!
A follow-up to my review above as CR Construction Resources has wrapped up its portion of our kitchen re-do: Our ENTIRE experience has been 5-star OUTSTANDING -- from our first visit described above to the needed deconstruction, templating, cutting and installation of our countertops and backsplash! Amy managed our project beautifully and Natacha continued to be our point person when we dropped in with a question. Our installation crews were truly skilled craftsmen who also happened to be a joy to work with. Andre and Jesus handled the countertop install while Francisco did the backsplash. Notably, Andre also did the deconstruction of the original countertops and Francisco single-handedly managed the backsplash deconstruction AND new installation. It's not lost on us at how tough these jobs are and yet they did it with smiles, warmth and a conscientious manner. These artists took great care to protect every surrounding surface and worked skillfully to make sure everything (seams, patterns, grout lines, levelness, etc) were just perfect! We are thrilled with how everything turned out and cannot thank all those at CR Design Center who had a hand in our project including Lisa (office), Marcelo (the templator), Duong (the slab master), the guys who stopped by to help Andre and Jesus carry in the largest countertop piece and Jim who popped in to make sure Francisco had everything he needed to tackle the backsplash. We are so impressed with everything and everyone at CR Construction Resources and highly recommend them!
After our plumber installs the faucet (selected and purchased through CR Design), the appliances go in, and the painters paint the cabinets -- I will post some photos!”
“I had my bath installed in 2003. I removed my doors and was unable to get them back on. I talked to Crystal at the office who was very helpful and customer service orientated and she had a technician.Come out and fix my doors. I'm sorry I did not get the technician's name, but he was very courteous.And knowledgeable. After twenty three years after install, this is above and beyond customer service and I will recommend them for sure. Thank you.”

“I needed to ignite my water heater pilot, but the ignitor broke off. When I arrived, I found out I forgot my wallet. It was a 4 dollar product. I was about to drive back to grab my wallet. The staff told me don't worry about it and paid for it himself. From then on I got my plumbing supply exclusively there. This is the kind of mom and pop shop that serves the locals the best.”

“This is an excellent layout! Easier to find what you’re looking for with beautiful holiday displays to make your creativity flow! Parking is hard. We went out on a Saturday am. It is a very hip part of town. There are about 8-9 spots on the side road right in front of the store for CB parking only. 15 minutes. But it’s a perfect little secret!”

“Lionel rocks! He was so helpful and explained the reasoning behind each purchase in a very easy to understand way. He made sure we had all the things we needed to tackle our kitchen backsplash on our own. He even checked our tile and made sure we had tile that was all made at the same time.”
