They consistently do a great job and my dog always comes back looking clean, well groomed, and happy. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable they are. They take the time to explain what my dog actually needs vs what’s optional, and I always feel like the recommendations are honest and not upsold.
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because communication can be a bit limited while your dog is there. If appointments are running longer than expected, it’s not always easy to get an update or reach someone quickly, which can be a little stressful as a dog owner. I’d feel much more at ease with a clearer way to check in during those times.
That said, the quality of care is excellent and I do trust them with my dog. I would still recommend them, just with that small note about communication.

705 Town Boulevard Ste R - 480, BrookhavenI had guacamole toast with pineapple pico. Had never had pineapple pico before, so asked for it on the side. The pico was fresh and delicious. Add scrambled eggs, fresh cut melon, and coffee for a great breakfast. Service at the counter was excellent.
