They consistently do a great job and my dog always comes back looking clean, well groomed, and happy. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable they are. They take the time to explain what my dog actually needs vs what’s optional, and I always feel like the recommendations are honest and not upsold.
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because communication can be a bit limited while your dog is there. If appointments are running longer than expected, it’s not always easy to get an update or reach someone quickly, which can be a little stressful as a dog owner. I’d feel much more at ease with a clearer way to check in during those times.
That said, the quality of care is excellent and I do trust them with my dog. I would still recommend them, just with that small note about communication.

It took longer for us to wait for the food than it did for us to eat it. I ordered a classic chicken pad Thai and my husband ordered beef fried rice and each dish was just as delicious. Will definitely come back whenever we come back to this part of town.
