“They had a lot of cool deals there and they’re willing to work with you with pricing of furniture or appliances and they actually give back to the community I want saw them passing out winter jackets to the homeless and they also have a church connected to it so if you’re looking for a church you can attend there they do a lot of great work for the community”
“This store has really made a very positive and noticeable all around pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. The management at this store over the years has had its ups in downs in my opinion the way it was being managed which included things like attitudes , messy at times, easy managed issues being handled the wrong way by different employees having negative outcomes leaving the customer annoyed or upset. I actually just stopped going in all for a good year and a half because it had become rather lousy is a sense. So in the last year or little over I have noticed some rather remarkable changes with new management coming in ( Scarlet and John are the two I have met) and keeping the store very neat, pleasurable, friendly, helpful, basically a group of great people working there. So 5 stars awarded for for such an awesome store this has once again become for me and others I know.

“I came here today after the store closest to me turned me away because they were too full. It was almost closing time by the time I made it over to the Ansley store, and they said that they were actually too full as well. However, they said they'd make it work regardless since I had already packed everything up. I wouldn't have made it to another location before they closed and also couldn't have driven around with my car as full as it was. It took forever to schlep all my stuff from my high rise to my car, so I'm so grateful that I didn't have to keep all this stuff in my place and then do this all over again in a few days! It would've been easy for them to say no or to be annoyed about it (especially so close to the end of the day!), but they were very accommodating and super friendly. Very much appreciated. Thank you!!”

“I see a lot of negative reviews here so I wanted to make sure I remind everyone how tough it must be to work at Goodwill and how hard these people work. Nate, the manager, is amazing. He goes above and beyond what any other manager there has ever done and cares a lot about his job and your experience. Rather than posting a negative review, please call or go up and talk to him bc he really appreciates the feedback and wants to improve every day. We had an awesome experience there yesterday and the employee that is usually a bit harsh was delightful. Please give this location a try. It’s the best one in Atl and in our opinion it’s bc of Nate the manager!”
