“Great prices, amazing staff and outstanding variety of products. I ran out to Harbor freight because they had a product I wanted on sale for half price. When I asked for help the cashier was courteous and immediately called for someone. Kaitlyn was there within a minute and showed me where the items were, loaded them on a cart for me and said she’d carry them out when I needed her to if I wanted to shop first. (And she did - loaded them and obviously wanted to help. I was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. Actually, I was impressed by every staff member I had contact with. I felt very welcome and at home. Add that to the great prices and interesting variety of items - it was a fun place to be and I will be definitely be back! Thank you Kaitlyn and Tractor Supply!”

“The store was clean, well stocked, and staff were friendly. As a Yankee, I was uncomfortable in March 2021, with a lot of people not wearing masks. This is not unique to TSC, because people in Brunswick did it everywhere, but as a customer, I didn't want to stay long with such an unsafe environment. They handled my store pick up order well, but in my other regular store visit, no one asked me to use my Neighbor's Club card, which, yeah I could've remembered and asked, but isn't it their job to remember and ask? It was especially frustrating because they just started a new rewards points system that I missed out on for my purchase.”

“How could you not love PetSmart?!? I've visited in different states, and they're all good. This one in Brunswick has an association with a non-profit organization to find furever homes for cats and while it's hard to see them and not take them home, it's comforting to know they will get great homes. PetSmart is great to share this space and having a friendly and warm environment.”

“I shop in here from time to time and check out the discounts for dog food. I washed my dog one time and thought that the dog wash was $5 which I think it used to be not long ago only to be shocked at checkout that it was $15 which they never posted at the dog wash station, so I'm a bit irritated about that.”
