“I had such a wonderful experience at Big Lots recently! The store was bright, clean, and very well stocked! Everything was easy to find, and the shelves looked great.
But the real highlight of my visit was Miss Lizzie, my cashier. She was incredibly patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help customers. When another shopper accidentally left her candles behind, Miss Lizzie didn't hesitate - she literally chased the customer out the door to make sure she got them back! You do not see that kind of genuine care everyday.
The store manager, Mr. James, was also on-site and very friendly. You can tell he takes pride in how well the store runs. The whole team created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
If you're thinking about shopping at Big Lots, do it - and if you're lucky enough to have Miss Lizzie ring up your purchase, you're in for an amazing experience. I'll definitely be coming back!”

“The store was clean, well stocked, and staff were friendly. As a Yankee, I was uncomfortable in March 2021, with a lot of people not wearing masks. This is not unique to TSC, because people in Brunswick did it everywhere, but as a customer, I didn't want to stay long with such an unsafe environment. They handled my store pick up order well, but in my other regular store visit, no one asked me to use my Neighbor's Club card, which, yeah I could've remembered and asked, but isn't it their job to remember and ask? It was especially frustrating because they just started a new rewards points system that I missed out on for my purchase.”
“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole—she was absolutely great! She’s truly an asset to your team, and we deeply appreciated her assistance during a stressful time. We were recently involved in a fender bender and needed to replace all of our car seats, and Nicole’s support made a big difference.
On the other hand, I do feel it's worth mentioning that our interaction with Rick was less than ideal. Customer service isn’t a strong fit for him based on our experience, and I believe someone with a friendlier approach would better represent your brand.

“FI have a very pleasant shopping experience. I went in to get some frozen vegetables out the freezer section.It's a little known secret, but their frozen section for a $1 have some of the Best edible foods ,that are the same name brands in the stores. Check them out, You will be pleasantly surprised.”
“Roses is a great bargain discount store in the shopping center with WinnDixie, ReStore, Tuesday Morning and Dollar Tree. Apparently they're a small local chain.The staff is very helpful and friendly, and informed about their products.They carry a little bit of everything, from home goods, to clothes, to automotive, sundries, hardware, food, toys, etc., like the 5-and-10 store of yore.Another store recommended Roses when I was looking for souvenir tee shirts for the Golden Isles. Yes, Roses had them, and a super bargain at $5 each!I bought a few $5 Jekyll tees, some bargains on Matchbox and Jurassic World toys, and some $1.50 striped beach towels I'm going to make into beachy throw pillowcases. I even found a $1 sewing repair kit I needed, and it was a huge bargain compared to the price at JoAnn's (Dollar Tree doesn't even carry these anymore).In addition to Suave and Softsoap products cheaper than Walmart, and isopropyl alcohol cheaper than Walmart or Dollar Tree, they also had 20qt stainless steel stockpots for only $16, an awesome deal! And decent quality flip flops for $4. They are definitely tailored for beach vacation rental house needs, and souvenirs, as well as local living too. As I said, a little bit of everything.Bought a bunch of stuff I didn't know I needed, and stuff I really needed at excellent prices! Went back two more times, new stuff each time. Love Roses!”
“Hello, I had a positive encounter with D'Marius Burnett, a delivery worker. My child has developed a strong affection for the delivery man, DMarius, who works at Walmart and goes above and above to greet my child. The happiness it brings my child is the only thing that matters to me. When I saw the gift that my child received from my Walmart man today, I started bawling. I want to say thank you for all the smiles they have given me. I attempted to bless him, but he refused to accept it. Good 5 start.”

“I love this HomeGoods they always have so much cool stuff in there the ladies are always be bopping around there somewhere and they're not pushy about asking you every 2 minutes if you need help or anything like that they're just you can usually find one pretty close by if you do need help. I really like this HomeGoods.”
