“After moving from across town away from a trusted auto repair and service shop for over 20 years, I wanted to find a new service center for my 2006 Honda CR-V. After trying out a couple of other "Garages" I found a home with Japanese Auto Repair.
Patrick (Service Advisor), Kyle (Technician) and Gayle (Customer Care) illustrated the kind of professionalism and peace of mind I hoped to find in an auto service center.
This confidence came from each person directly answering my questions, showing me the problems with my vehicle upfront, thus allowing me to make an informed decision on the work needing attention.
I will be bringing all of our household vehicles for any repairs and/or servicing going forward to Japanese Auto Repair.

“Overall good experience with purchasing our pilot at Honda. The sales team was awesome. It was a pretty fast closing when purchasing the vehicle and been happy with our car. Only reason they did not get a 5 star from us is because of the lack of communication about our tags and registration. Usually in GA we get the tag mailed to us or some communication from the dealership letting us know to pick up the tag. I had to call to see if I can get my tag.”

“I had the pleasure of working with team Ryan automotive to get the AC fixed in my Kia Sportage. My car was still covered under warranty through Carvana. AJ talked me through the process of having my car fixed through my warranty. I did not have to do anything or call anyone or file any paperwork. Aj took care of everything for me! All I had to do is pay my deductible. While my car was being fixed, Team Ryan provided me with a Rental car, free of charge, for two days. AJ from Team Ryan would text me regularly with updates on my vehicle. This whole experience has been very pleasant and stress-free. “Towed my car from another auto shop that said they wouldn't attempt to fix it with CVT transmission. I figured the trans was done and a huge bill was coming. WTR replaced the speed sensor and it seems to be working fine again. They could have told me it needed a new trans and I would have prob replaced it. Very honest shop here. Quick, affordable and honest. Does not get much better than this.”

Lost track on how many axles I have gotten refreshed or replaced by CV Source Inc. but always my go when it comes to axles. Best part, you bring him an aftermarket axle and makes sure you get out with an OEM quality axle. No compromises. My family and friends will always have his business. They were doing a paint job on a scratch but beyond doing a perfect job repairing the paint, they touched up other areas that were in need, vacuumed my car and baby’s car seat, repaired a knob on the driver seat and filled up my tires that I dropped off low due to the weather dip.
