She took the time to get to know our personal style and delivered a comfortable, personal plan, with a beautiful layout and a 3-D walk through plan, too. Saved me a TON of time and decisions.”

“The salesman, Jake, did a good job explaining all the options. We really like the dependability and comfort of La-Z-Boy. Our other set of La-Z-Boys lasted 17 years, mechanism still great but fabric was alittle worn in spots. Only wished they would remove the old ones when they brought the new ones. Price of delivery was high.”

“Staff is always knowledgeable about birds in the area. Nice selection of Coles seed, feeders, baffles, etc. They always ask if you need help getting bulky items to a vehicle.”
“This is a wonderful store!! The manager Christine, is it true gem..... She is wonderful at customer service.... The store is always clean and beautiful. This is the only Kirkland's I would ever shop at, mainly because of the staff and the kindness, and of course all the beautiful items.”
“Great selection of home decor and furniture! Was pretty disorganized in the garden and pottery sections as well as some of the bays completely empty, but all around, good place to shop.”
“The girl working there was busting her butt keeping it neat and organized and it shows, really nice and organized place.
However the bathroom may need some remodeling, and when it comes to it maybe a little bit of signage as the items seem to be grouped weirdly.
Overall there's not much I really want her but if I did I'd appreciate the experience”
“Always a decent variety of booths, and constant new ones as well! The name is definitely accurate, so this is a pretty standardized "candles, candies, and tees" kinda place.”

Impressed with customer service rep. Dena. She represented the store and took the initiative to file a formal complaint for me. I will be credited the 40% discount posted. I wish all companies would empower there employees. You have restored my faith in customer service. THANK YOU !!!
Very disappointed- went to shop for crafts for the grandchildren and saw sign by puzzle for 40% of all puzzles, so I picked up 2. When I got home noticed I did not receive the discount so used the “ contact us” on website.
Confusion about store signage- it stated all puzzles 40% off
Received an email stating that ……

I show that the discount was not applied because puzzles are not on sale this week, they were on sale last week and typically alternates weeks.
