“I don’t really shop at buckle like that but me and my coworkers had come in to purchase some items for a work event and the staff was very helpful, especially Mitzly. Honestly she went above and beyond any expectations. Super nice and sweet and patient. Also Mel, was killer ! Both of their customer service was A1. We had surpassed the time we were supposed to be there and they were really kind and understanding. They were not rude or had attitudes because rig it was me I’d be annoyed of us haha. But I have to give them props for their patience and helpfulness. Honestly would return just based off their customer service :)”

They have a wonderful selection of all different types of ladies clothes, shoes, and purses. The clothes are really nice, extremely clean, and well organized. Their prices are great! And, the customer service is top notch! Wanda and Donna are so friendly and helpful. I felt like I had made new friends immediately! Don't pass up this store!!!”

“I had the best experience at altar’d state in the mall of Georgia! Libby was the most helpful and kind soul I have ever met! She helped me and my friend! She was so great! She helped me get a dress down and also with the fitting rooms! If you ever need anything while you’re shopping please ask for that sweet girl! You’re the best Libby!! “Came into the Mall of Georgia location today after searching all over the mall for a nice suit set for an interview I have tomorrow. I finally came here and was greeted by Tracee B. I told her what I was looking for and that the situation was urgent. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to play dress up with me and help me find the perfect fit. She helped me determine my size, brought me a wide range of jackets, pants, shoes, and blouses, and checked in on me throughout the whole process to be sure I had what I needed. Gosh I loved meeting her today. She is a phenomenal employee and I would love to cross paths again with her someday. This company is very fortunate to have her and I hope you are treating her well! “When I got my breast implants, I was told I would be a full C , However, I’ve been struggling to find the right bra that fits me correctly ever since I had my surgery. So today, I decided to stop in and just see if I could find a better bra , Once I got there, I ran into Kim a pleasant employee, and I was telling her my issues and she immediately pulled out her measuring tape and educated me on how to tell if a bra fits correctly. She assisted me to the dressing room with several different bra sizes to try on and Although I thought I knew my size, she definitely knew me better lol I have never been more pleased with the help that I have received at the store. Thank you so much, Kim. You are awesome.!!!

Hannah sized me and her co-worker checked on me and helped me try on different undergarments until I found a few items that fit me well and I was comfortable with. “I went to buy pants for my son, and the price in the physical store was different from the online price. Even so, I scanned the price tag with the app to verify the price, and it seemed to be the same as online, so the cashier very kindly charged me what the app showed. Just double-check the price before paying to make sure you pay the correct amount.”

She explained everything and made what could’ve been a really frustrating shopping trip positive. My mom very rarely has good experiences, especially when it’s a purchase she’s anxious about, so I often go with her and have to do most of the talking, but she couldn’t stop saying nice things about Abby and left happy.
