“The staff is AMAZING!! Kieran especially! I can not express how greatful I am for how kind and helpful they were. See I went to grab some things for Easter and Birthdays, Kieran helped in every facet by grabbing things of the top shelf's, pulling high hanging clothes and holding all the items at the desk so I didn't have to carry it all around the store, and did so with a smile. Then it happened, learning that HT canceled all their credit cards. I had several hundred dollars worth of items that I spent the last 90mins gathering, with the expectation I would be using my HT card.. welp no. Kieran handed the situation very professionally, even with a smile. Helped me figure out what happened, and didn't bat an eye at putting the items back.”
“This place has the friendliest and most helpful employees. I enjoyed the regaton music while Sydney helped my wife find a new pair of jeans. The manager obviously doesn't an excellent job finding and training new staff to take care of customers.”
“I love the vibe of this place! I had no idea it even existed, and it’s only five minutes from my home. I found it after searching Google for affordable sunglasses near me and was surprised to discover a sunglasses shop inside the store. Not only did I find great sunglasses, but there was also an amazing variety of merchandise to browse. I ended up spending over an hour walking around and enjoying everything. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place!”
“FYI - this location has moved! It's still in the same wing, but on the opposite side, and closer to Von Maur. But while the site has changed, the quality of service has not. Miss Becky is super friendly, and sure to help you - whether you're shopping for clothing, art, jewelry, or soap. A must-visit for the full "Mall of Georgia" experience!”

“I had a really great shopping experience here. One of the workers walked me around showing me where things were. I tried on some things. She checked on me to make sure I was good. I am sorry I forgot her name but I know her Mom is a NP ? She was very sweet. I had to return the next day and I was realky happy to see her again ☺️”
“I am giving this review because every person I interacted with in the store on Saturday when it was busy and rush hour in the store and mall treated me with kindness; patience, and care. Many retail employees these days just don’t have the customer service skills that used to be a norm. Like actually helping someone find the size they want; the fit they want, hearing them out, etc. I went to h&m and asked if they could show me the way to my specific size and length of jeans that I require and the guy walked me to where there was 3 types of jeans and then walked away without saying anything. These people deserve shoutouts. So shout out to Desire, Aiden, Kayla, Bri, and Daisy! Cuz they fr put their back into helping me along with managing the entire store and everything else! Ate down with that customer service *snaps*”

I got a beaded top, formal dress for a wedding. Just needed a minor alteration for a stuck zipper. Dress and alterations were less than $120.”

“I never leave reviews for retail stores but I was in there yesterday, and Chase and Howard were so dang nice. Retail jobs are a lot of work and can be frustrating so I don’t expect 5 star over the top customer service ever (just don’t be a jerk, that simple) but Chase and Howard were putting out good energy and smiles. Also, the store was clean and very organized.”

“Always a great place to shop. I bought 2 chairs. I wanted 4. Now I am on the hunt looking for 2 more matching chairs. Unfortunately Ross Dress for Less does not have a database where it tells you where the same product i just bought has a matching/similar product. So this is very difficult to find the matching chairs.”

“I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.”
