“Gottwals is such a cozy place, and more often than not, I can find what I need (with the help of the lovely and friendly staff). Not only do they have phenomenal deals on new books, but even BETTER deals on used! With a rewards program for trading in your used books, it's hard to turn down!”

“I always enjoy going into Gottwals. Nine times out of ten I can find what I'm looking for. And if I can't the staff is always willing to help me find it. They are always friendly. I like that. It makes me feel welcome.”

“I just want to give a huge thank you to Shon at Books-A-Million for going above and beyond tonight! I contacted the store right before closing because my daughter had Book Character Day at school, and I was trying to find the perfect book/character for her. Shon was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to help us find a book for my daughter Journi even though it was close to closing time. That level of customer service meant so much to me as a busy parent. Because of him, Journi will be able to participate tomorrow and feel excited and prepared. Moments like that really matter to kids. I’m beyond grateful for the experience and the kindness shown to us tonight. Thank you again, Shon, for making our night easier and for truly caring about your customers!”

“Staff was friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Only problem was they only have 2 registers been open most of the time, so if it is busy and you are in a hurry good luck!”

“This Goodwill here in Warner Robins has a great selection of clothes and knick knacks for your needs. However, some items can be overpriced. They may have been starting to price things based on how rare it is or how large it is. But, the store itself is clean and the employees here are extremely nice and helpful as well. I do recommend visiting this place.”
