“I have been using this bank for the past 8 years. And as with most crazy stuff going on, yes I've had my card compromised, but both times I got a text about suspicious activity. I called the 1-800 number and they killed the card. The next day I go in the bank and get a new card. Unlike bigger Banks, these folks know your name when you walk in. (Calhoun GA) I've never had a problem with bank OZK.”
