“I have had nothing but great service with Canton Glass. And I have several things to say about the two bad reviews I just read.-James H.- did you ever stop to think to check your VM or Texts? Probably not, it happens in business when someone is trying to contact the customer, leaves voice messages and even texts & receives no replies. Then its assumed said customer, Like James H. Changed their mind, so the business stops wasting time calling the customer.- the next reviewers name escapes me- but to address his issues with Canton Glass.... Maybe, JUST MAYBE, he got hung up on because he was cussing and yelling at the person at Canton Glass. Would anyone at any business want to be berated and cursed at while trying to resolve whatever issues there are? I can only say that in that instance, The Customer is NOT always right, BITCH. His "Karen" attitude deserved getting hung up on and needs to learn a thing or two about manners and common courtesy. CANTON GLASS for the win.”
