“I’ve had an unfortunate time with a standalone Apple Watch and despite what they tell you on the phone with tech support, the store can NOT do anything other than call tech support for you… the management staff here was super patient with me just hanging out on the phone with tech support AND they advocated for me to the best of their ability, refusing to allow tech support to continue dragging me through the mud. Although the store staff literally *cannot* resolve this issue - they definitely empathized with my situation and did their best to expedite my call with tech support. ?”

“My wife and daughter recently had an issue. After reaching out to the store, Aaron gave instructions on how to rectify our issue. So when I came in to the store, Tasyra helped me take care of what we needed. She was so much fun as we spent our 10 minutes together. Her smile was infectious. She is the consumate Target employee that went above and beyond to help me out. I admitted that I personally hadn't shopped in Target for years only because they got rid of the popcorn machine!
