“This is my usual target. It's alway clean and well organized which is always nice. But the other day it was even better than usual. I don't know how long its been since I've had a good retail interaction. The other day (Friday 4/3) every employee was so helpful and actually pleasant. It was like pre-covid times. One young woman who was stocking at the front had no problem stopping to help us find what my daughter was looking for.
I know this sounds silly but customer service, in my opinion, takes a very special kind of person to be pleasant and deal with the masses. That day everyone we encountered was really great.”

“Leny is such a sweetheart! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. She took the time to explain all the details I was asking about and she never tried to sell me anything. She genuinely just help me understand what the difference would be if I wanted to stay with Metro PCS or if I wanted to switch over to T-Mobile!!! I used to not come to this location because it was awful and they made me feel pressured to buy a new phone or change my plan. Since Leny has started working here things have changed BIG time for the better! I just randomly walked in here today because I noticed that there was somebody different working at the front desk, so I wanted to see if things have gotten better and I am very glad I stopped in the store!!!! Leny is amazing!!! She has amazing customers skills, doesn't try to pressure you into anything, she is very informative and you can tell she cares about the employees and her job!!!! If you have questions or concerns please go inside to see her or call to speak with her. She's great at what she does....amazing customer service skills!!!

She was tending to me w/all my questions, and helping a couple of other customers, plus taking calls, and dealing with UPS dropping stuff off.......like she for sure knows how to multitask!!!! Metro By T-Mobile needs to know how lucky they are to have an employee like Leny!!!!”
