“SUPER FRIENDLY people work here. The lady managing the line to enter (due to COVID guidances) was super nice and smiling all the time (even when it was 40 degrees outside). Very well stocked for the holidays (and all other departments overall). My wife swears that the prices here are cheaper than Target. Good thing is that I saw many husbands (or male companions) with their ladies, so I did not feel awkward looking for a salad bowl myself.”

However, I had to constantly call to see when I was getting stuff delivered & had to rechoose several times because the amount of material I needed just wasn't enough for them to pay for a huge roll. I understand that but still, you should have known that before allowing me to choose it. If you have a really big job I would think they'd be great, but for a small job, just plan to stay on top of them.”

We have purchased online mattress for several years now and have always been happy initially, but after three or so years the mattresses are indented to where they are no longer comfortable. Being able to go into the Sleep Number store and get assistance from the helpful staff made us more confident in the purchase, and we found exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful and was able to give an even better discount than the website had.Since we may be out of town during estimated delivery day he was also able to set up the delivery to go to the store so that we can pick it up from there and it wouldn’t be sitting on our porch while we are gone which was a huge relief.
