“The gentleman, Christopher, who helped get my mattress order confirmed along with delivery was great! He was kind, professional, and went the extra step to make sure we could get our mattress sooner than later. Couldn’t recommend Mattress Firm more!”

“Both times I’ve shopped at Mattress Firm I’ve had a great experience, but Hayden is the man. Like most people, I hate the typical pushy salesperson, and Hayden was the complete opposite. He never made us feel pressured or rushed. It genuinely felt like his priority was helping us find the right mattress, not just making a sale. He took the time to understand what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and really worked for us to help get us into the bed we actually wanted at a price we were comfortable with. The whole experience felt more like working with someone who was on our side rather than dealing with a salesperson. If car salesmen were more like Hayden, they’d probably sell a lot more cars.”

“Callista was wonderful in helping us choose a sectional for our new house. We've got pets and a new baby, so there was a lot to consider. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and looked up any questions we had about financing, adding pieces, etc, that she didn't know off the top of her head. Conrad who helped check us out was pleasant as well. An overall great experience!”
