“I just want to start by saying that I’m going to be completely honest: I did not expect my experience at Mattress Firm to be this exceptional. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. From beginning to end, the associate was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The preliminary questions he asked before I even came into the store helped guide us and pinpoint where we should start. He provided excellent information and helped me identify the perfect mattress by asking thoughtful questions about my lifestyle, including my pet and the long-term practicality of having him jump on the bed. He understood that a mattress that was too high would not be ideal and took the time to help me find the best option for my needs. What impressed me most was that he did not try to guide me toward the most expensive mattress. Instead, he recommended the mattress that best fit my lifestyle. It was clear that he truly loves his job and has extensive knowledge of the products. He mentioned that he had not worked for the brand very long, but his knowledge exceeded every expectation. I would have assumed he had been there for more than 10 years because he was so efficient, detailed, and personable. I would absolutely recommend him and Mattress Firm. A 10 out of 10 experience! Please ask for Rodell he is amazing!”

“Lissa at Mattress Farm was absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend experiences generalized anxiety, and I’m on the autism spectrum, so finding the right mattress meant taking our time and really experiencing how each bed felt. We tried multiple mattresses, spent quite a bit of time sitting and bouncing on them, and even had me bouncing on the other side to see how the motion felt. Lissa was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable, even though we were there right up until closing. She genuinely cared about making sure we found a mattress that felt right for both of us. Lisa also went above and beyond helping us with the financing and made the entire purchase process easy and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who shows that level of patience and genuine care for their customers. We truly appreciate everything Lissa did for us. She went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Lissa at Mattress Farm!”

“I wasn't sure how many stars to give because I'm not in love with the mattress, but the buying experience was great. I do encourage you to go in and visit Valeree. She was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We tried a bunch of mattresses and thought we the one. It been an adjustment. While there are times I love the adjustable base (our first), there are times I hate it. I thought the hybrid mattress was the way to go since we've tried all foam in the past, and that didn't work for me either. My husband doesn't have as many issues and is a better sleeper in general. I haven't slept well consistently for years, but I'll keep trying!”

“It is truly a pleasure to work here. While every work environment has it's ups and downs, this is one of the best places I have been employed. My co-workers are a lot of fun and work well together. The owners care about their employees as individuals. Some of the ways they show this is by mentoring them in non-work related subjects, throwing parties to celebrate birthdays and holidays, and promoting a healthy lifestyle by encouraging employees to take walks during company time.”

“The staff at this location was great. We worked with Micah who offered superb customer service. We purchased two recliners that had to arrive on a specific date and Micah went out of his way to verify cross country delivery. He did a fantastic job keeping us informed. Hire more like him! Highly recommend.”

“Ralph Hill was a pleasure to work with, explaining all options available for the different recliners in the Ergonomic line. Once we decided which recliner to purchase, availability for the size, features, and fabric became a problem, since the chair's material we chose would not be available for 5+ months. My wife has fibromyalgia, making extended sitting often necessary, and therefore, the quick availability of the proper chair dictated we relinquish the fabric we desired to receive the recliner within two days. Ralph explained that Haverty's used to carry all fabrics for each model recliner, but now restricted each model to a couple of colors, requiring long waits for any other colors and fabrics desired. That is disappointing, but understandable in today's world of cost reduction in inventories. We look forward to the new recliner delivery in two days!”
