“Publix is traditionally the store that you can count on being clean and well stocked. Yet this store has even more... people who make a difference. Employees/owners who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. They always have a smile and kind word even when you can tell they have worked a long shift. The pharmacist is always professional, caring, with an attention to detail. A couple times has had me take a dose and wait nearby to ensure I do not have an adverse reaction. The fresh fish cabinet is always exemplary the gentleman always ensures my order is complete and offers helpful suggestions on preparation. Chelsie in your deli/bakery section always has a kind word, smile, and remembers my order. I even recall a couple years back Marc Norman changing a customers tire for her on a hot summer day while wearing his white shirt. Employees/owners of this store care about the job they do. Often I have noticed stress on the faces of many (customers included) yet they do their best to add a bit of sunshine to your day. We are all dealing with this crazy world in many ways. It is refreshing to see people who choose to make a positive difference even through job excellence, a smile, and kind word.”

“I switched from Kroger as their customer service drastically changed. When I started using Sam's, I regretted it, but NOT in any manor that is of their doing. It is me , my time constraints, and my health conditions.It is a much further out of the way drive. If I need to pick up only one script, it's so time-consuming. Parking is awful. A huge, huge, huge help would be having a drive-through. (Hint hint ?) Although I shop there, because of my health and how busy I am, I typically opt for delivery.Even so, nothing can compare to how wonderful the lead pharmacist is. At Kroger, they try to push you out when you have questions. Not Sam's! I needed to call to speak to him about an issue that I was thinking maybe one of the meds was causing. I can clearly tell how busy he was. Yes, I was put on hold a few times, but he went up and above the call of duty to help me. My gut was right, and one of the meds was causing issues, BUT he did not stop there! He proceeded to ask me a bunch of different questions that had nothing to do with the medications. TOOK THE TIME TO CARE ❣️ Went up and above.He was able to inform me of several things I could try and, once again, took the extra step and explained why. It was like being in health class. My own Dr. who noticed the issue DID NOTHING! Dr. Wholers. ? Well, she did do something. Her vulgar mouth made me cry for three days. Words hurt, and she definitely has a way with them. Disquisting and untrue. Shocking words!!! Not even a diagnosis, instead of helping me figure out what was truly going on!?I was thinking about going back to Kroger because of the convenience. That thought process has passed! Yes, I will use Kroger for a single script here and there ( unless Sams builds a drive through) but my monthly meds, and as long as the head pharmacist stays, I WILL stay committed to Sam's.Dr., I truly appreciated your help and time. Even though you were so busy, you showed care and compassion. It was worth my back and forth hold on the phone to gain the knowledge you provided. I literally purchased your suggestions the same day, online. I'm so impressed!!! I will keep you posted. If the suggestions don't work, I know we will come up with a plan B ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“I switched to this Walmart pharmacy from another big chain pharmacy because they are so easy to get on the phone, they are helpful when you go in to see them, and they share helpful information and answer any questions (all unlike my previous pharmacy). Their customer service is excellent and they are prompt in filling prescriptions. They are close to me and very easy to work with. The only downside is that they do not have a drive thru. Other than that I am very happy with this pharmacy.”

“I wish I did these updates more... because after 15 years... I quit Publix. And it was this location I was at that entire time. I actually quit in December of 2021. I felt bad because I ended up quitting during the holidays when I actually wanted to stay to help out. I guess I cared for about helping them. But unfortunately and fortunately .. I chose myself first.. and I quit so I could follow my dreams of moving to New York City. No matter how much I've ever said that was negative about that place... it was my home. My second home. I met so many incredible people there. Sometimes I catch myself crying because I even miss the regular customers. I hope they don't forget me. And I hope I see some of them when I come to visit. I'm getting emotional thinking about it. It was rewarding. Talking to the people I've gotten to talk to. Getting to know them. Moving up. The friends and family I've made there. The kindness... I lost 4 pets in my time of working there, two grandparents... and two favorite celebrities... each time my Publix family was always there for me. Everyone knew my birthday. Everyone knew I loved Madonna and loved when they played it. Everyone also knew how obsessed and in love I was with NYC. I'm so far away now... but 880 will always have a piece of my heart. I love all my beautiful friends there. Many are gone now. Some are still there. But I love all of them. And I'm grateful for every single one.”

I also like that this store has some random cool things, or necessary things that are hard to find, like my Dads C-PAP tubing.”

“My daughter has Schizoaffective disorder and suffered a psychotic break during this pandemic. After her release from the hospital I was unable to get her medication because the dr forgot to give authorization to the insurance company. Unless I had $1,200 to pay for a one month supply I could not get the prescription. Amanda got on the phone with everyone she could to resolve the problem. She was so kind, calm, professional and patient. She resolved the issue and treated us with compassion. That meant everything to me and our family today. Thank you Amanda!”
