You need to expect a small wait in line, and be ready to park, use your Sam's Card, and quickly pump and leave to keep things going smoothly. “My daughter has Schizoaffective disorder and suffered a psychotic break during this pandemic. After her release from the hospital I was unable to get her medication because the dr forgot to give authorization to the insurance company. Unless I had $1,200 to pay for a one month supply I could not get the prescription. Amanda got on the phone with everyone she could to resolve the problem. She was so kind, calm, professional and patient. She resolved the issue and treated us with compassion. That meant everything to me and our family today. Thank you Amanda!”

“Moved my pharmacy to Publix almost a year ago and wish I had done it sooner. Where Publix might lack in the convenience of something like a pharmacy drive-thru, they make up with good customer service, efficiency, and kindness. Even when at peak hours they manage the lines well. I’ve had a lot of health issues this last year with a lot of last minute script requests, and they’re always very accommodating and will expedite things if I call ahead and ask. Being open late most days of the week has saved my butt multiple times this year; even those times I come in 10 minutes before closing, they still provide the same great service, and always with a smile. 5 stars for the pharmacy team at this Publix!”

“Well…I have nothing but good things to say about the store and pharmacy. I’ve used the pharmacy for about three years now and they’ve always been on top of it. Meds are filled quickly, they call you back when you message them, everyone is nice and helpful. There are long waits in the drive thru but that’s to be expected.
I went in once with bacterial pneumonia because I was desperate to stock up on sickbed things quickly without walking a lot. An employee saw me struggling and got everything for me and brought it to the register. She was the absolute sweetest.”

Since October, I have continued improving, and I finally feel like myself again. My weight is steady fluctuates very little. I am very active and I occasionally still do a detox .
