“Tow truck was at our house within 20 minutes. There was an issue getting the part/starter in, but my daughter's car was still ready a day earlier than any other shop quoted. AND they had the best prices!”

“Was involved in an accident 3 days ago and the vehicle was towed to Mauldin on Butterworth. Had some minor injuries as a result of the accident and needed to go get checked out. Took most of my personal belongings out of the vehicle but realized later I left a few items. While dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me, they asked that get all items out of the vehicle and release to them so they could avoid any additional storage fees and access the vehicle (most likely totaled based on pictures I sent them). I called Mauldin to find out the hours when I could come in and there were very courteous and professional. They were only open for one hour on Sunday the next day, so I went in to get my items. The staff there was also courteous and professional. He checked my ID and vehicle registration and immediately let me get my items. He even let me borrow a screw driver to remove the license plate as the insurance company requested I do this before they came to get it. Mauldin released the vehicle in the system so the insurance company could come and get it. I was in an out in a very short time and the staff was professional and helpful.”
