“I love this store, but we must get better with employees acting like they are working stood on line for 30 minutes to get checkout one cash register and two employees in front doing nothing but sorting hangers, being a manager from a previous Ross store this is not acceptable having customers wait, Noone did anything until I said something then the one girl got an attitude and took register. My visit was on 8/22 at 6:57pm. I think at that time line shouldn't have been that long and people waiting when there's plenty of employees up front.”
“One of the best tsc I've been too, the store isn't too small on the inside, they have the good pet washing stations, although sometimes they are put of towels, shampoo, or the air dryer is out of commission. Feed prices are ok.”
“I had an item pick up in the Customer pick up lanes outside the store and Ava brought my item out and she was great. Had a good personality and I really appreciated her attitude. I give her a 5 star.”

The make up and self care section is so well taken care of that they easily compete with stores like Ulta and sephora without the excessive prices.”
“The reason for the 5 stars are for a young lady in customer pick up area named Emily. I had an issue with my order and one person told me some things that weren't correct. I called back and spoke to Miss Emily and she took charge, fixed the problem and, in a very positive and professional manner, took care of me and made sure I got what I ordered correctly and with a big smile. She is a fine person and employee!”
“Pretty solid Walmart. Unfortunately they allow cats and dogs which makes it difficult to shop without me having an allergic reaction. Most of the time it is pretty well stocked. But after 9pm the floor is full of boxes and resolving which makes shopping extremely challenging and frustrating.”
