Some locations are more organized than others and some of the products vary but overall Ollie's is THE PLACE TO GO for good variety at great prices. “My washing machine went out a few weeks ago, and we’d been stressing over how we were going to afford another one. We were about to buy something way out of our budget, so I decided to call around for used options. I called Smith Brothers and asked if they sold used washing machines. The woman on the phone said they didn’t, and we ended the call.
Not even a minute later, she called me back and asked if I still needed a washer. I told her yes, and she explained that they had picked one up from a customer who was upgrading to new appliances. There was nothing wrong with it, and she offered to give it to me..for free. I was honestly shocked and asked if she really meant it. She did. She wished me a Happy Thanksgiving and told me it was mine.
My husband picked it up right away, and it has been working perfectly. We were genuinely in a tough spot financially, and their kindness made such a huge difference for us. I couldn’t be more grateful.
From here on out, any appliance needs we have will go straight to Smith Brothers. Thank you so much for your generosity and compassion, Smith Brothers. You truly made our week. ❤”
