“I want to start by saying that I do not live here BUT I was looking for a place for my family and we were really going through some hard times, and MISS SHANNON WASHINGTON at The Park at 366 was a crutch for me. When I first walked into the leasing office, I didn't know what to expect, but I certainly wasn't expecting someone as downright amazing as Miss Shannon! This lovely woman is so bubbly and full of life that it's difficult to feel anything but hopeful and happy around her. She showed me around an apartment, talked me through what to expect and explained she'd be there to help me every step of the way to get into an apartment. At the Park 366, they really work with you to get you your own roof, and I genuinely appreciated every bit of care she showed me. The only reason I didn't end up here is because I found a lesser home much closer to my sister and within my children's current school district. I failed to touch base and let her know that I'd found somewhere, but she called me and told me she's in the business of making people's lives better, no matter how that looks, and that she's happy we found a place for my family. I absolutely adore Miss Shannon!!! When you meet her, you will, too.”
