“Been here almost a year. Love the peace & quiet. Maintenance are always on it with any issues and have then fixed in less than 24 hours. The fastest ive had an issue fixed ,was less than an hour after I submitted my request. Haven't had any issues with the staff. They are all pleasant. I would love to stay but the monthly add on fees and high rent is why I cant. It's corporate that controls the market rent rates, not the employees. If I could get a better deal I'd stay. Would definitely recommend. Especially to students going to sugar. The rent is way cheaper than what the school charges for a dorm.”

“Jaime and Anthony are the maintenance team members in my building, and they are amazing! They are always responsive, communicative, and quick to follow up whenever a work order is submitted. They keep me informed about repairs and make sure I know what is happening every step of the way.
Jaime recently came by to check my air conditioning and also reminded me that the building would be pressure washed the next day so I could remove my belongings in advance. That kind of thoughtfulness and communication is greatly appreciated.
At times, it can feel like great customer service is a lost art, but Jaime and Anthony truly go above and beyond. Thank you both for your hard work and excellent service!”
