Maintenance requests are completed quickly, neighbors are friendly, and the leasing staff are so nice. If you’re looking for Dunwoody luxury at a reasonable price check out the Ellison.”

Nadaya did an absolutely amazing job at not only the apartment tour, but she also exhibited a level of customer service that I didn’t get at any other apartment complex I toured. She was very responsive and answered all my questions before move in, move in day, and even all of my extra questions now that I’m settled in lol. “I have lived at Hawthorne Kennesaw since January 2018. I have only great things to say about the office staff, Alyssa, Ashley and Angelica! They work tirelessly to see that any request for service is completed thoroughly. The Maintenance Staff are always on point! It’s always relatively painless to renew my lease, I mean it is paperwork after all. But not just the daily life, they plan fun activities for the residents as well. And really get in the spirit of whatever season of the year! Food trucks to a pool party, they have it covered.I can truly say that I have been blessed with living at Hawthorne Kennesaw!”

“My roommate and I just moved into our apartment at MAA Shiloh and the process has been wonderful. Kayln has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating to us and our situation. She is always checking up on us to make sure we have everything we need and answer any questions we might have. This is my first apartment and I'm so glad we had someone to help guide us through the whole process because it can be quite stressful at times. The complex is very clean and everyone I've had an interaction with is so friendly! I'm so excited to start this new journey!”

“We have been living here for over a year and a half and we love it. The main and most important aspect for us is maintenance. They’re quick to address the issue and fix wherever your apartment needs. Overall clean areas and streets, with quiet and kind neighbors. Gym is always clean and smells good. Equipment is not old or damaged, it has everything you need for a good workout. Pool area is well kept too. Office employees are always nice.Only 2 suggestions to the office/maintenance.1-Put up a sign near the trash compactor that says to not leave trash on the ground near the entry of the pathway. Or to at least take it all the way to the end near the compactor, if compactor is full. People need to learn to dispose of their own trash properly. Maintenance does a good job at keeping that area clear and clean though.2- Put up a camera in the Amazon/mail locker room, to keep people from stealing packages. It hasn’t happened to me and I’m not sure it happens, but I’m always surprised to see that many Amazon packages left on the ground unattended.”
