“Absolutely the best service and value! They did an alignment for me after I rebuilt the front-end of my 91 GMC truck. Great job! A few months later, something felt off and steering got squirrely above 50mph. They checked it over on the rack and found a tire ply separation. Excellent price on a couple tires then rechecked the alignment. Only charged me for the tires. This is quality customer service and left me feeling valued!”

“Lots of used cars, trucks, whatever you were looking for. Outside was very clean and organized. Each row was numbered, and the desk service was great. You were to straight to cars you were looking for to see if they had what you needed. If you find what you need, you take it off ( you had to bring your own tools), bring the part to customer service, and pay for it. They also provided a small wheelbarrow for you to put the parts in.”

Made sure we were able to find the parts I needed for my daughter's car.Spent the afternoon with my mom and this most incredibly interesting and helpful man, Mr. Jewell, out in Cartersville. He didn't have the specific thing we were looking for at his salvage place, but drove with us to another place to find it. I learned that he worked for Coke for 20+ years, worked as a pastor for 31 years, and has had this salvage place for 35 years, which his father had before that. He went well out of his way to help us, and in turn deeply blessed my heart with his stories. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us!!! I can't really describe WHY he was so amazing- incredible work ethic, truly loves Jesus and his wife, has done amazing things living in Cartersville his whole life- but he just emanated JOY. LOVE. HAPPINESS. CARE. CONCERN. I don't know what it was, but I sure hope I impact people one day the way that he does.”

“The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim”

“Had exactly what I needed, although the young clerk stepped outside his lane. Blaming the gun instead of the gunman. You know parts, I'm sure that's at least appearances from stocking shelves! His business acumen was beneath elementary lvls as he admitted he wished to burn freedom down. It was stimulating to see someone so passionate about the death of multitudes for his religious..anti-religous zeal, though misguided, it's expected from one who arrived at the end of "doubt"!
I found his indifference towards humanity childish, abrasive, and sullen.
I imagine it will be rather difficult for his reconciliation when grown and faced with himself.
Still, they had what I needed and wanted. Bought what I wanted. However, if I had been with my father, we would have walked out buying nothing and never returning! Especially since there was a parts store next door that likely wouldn't hire people that suggest the only hope of real freedom...should burn down. Let me show you the door! Then again, my reality is far worse as this child blatantly and boldly without even noticing accused me of destroying the world!
