“Had my 2020 voyager repaired here. They do very good mechanical and body work. Had some issues with a/c and electrical but they very enthusiastically resolved it. I would use them again and recommend them. Also, my wife really enjoyed speaking with Kai in the front office, very nice people there.”

“5/5 Stars is not high enough of a rating it actually would need to be 5 million stars out of 5 for Picketts Mill Auto. We had to take our Camry to give her 2 face lifts, 1st was our Camry decided to take on a piece of plywood on I- 85 at 75/80 miles per hours, and second time a Ford Bronco. Let me just say, Picketts Mill work was exceptional, High quality work and made the Camry look Fantastic. The work they do, no other place will ever match it. “Omg is all I can say about Mike he was amazing I don’t know a thing about cars my car wouldn’t start at work so I got a jump and drove to the nearest auto place O’Reilly Mike checked my battery and alternator and they both was fine but he did notice by the sound the engine was making that it may be time for new plugs and wires he was so knowledgeable very friendly and that’s the customer service I love when they show customers that we really matter and don’t try and tell us anything to make a dollar I recommend anyone to go see him if you need anything done on your vehicle tell Mike Ida sent you Mike keep that smile and that good energy you have, customers love that thank you for today

“Shout out to the management/staff at this Autozone. Today I took my car to buy a battery and have it installed. It was a difficult removal/installation process! It's ridiculous that car manufacturers have made this process so difficult. I used to do this myself with ease, and I am not close to being mechanically inclined. Anyway, no less than four staffpeople helped and got it done! We had to get creative a time or two. I really appreciate the great service I got today.”
