“I was having a death wobble on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and I was recommended by a family friend to take my Jeep over to AVW. I was told they were “the best in the business for off-roading issues.” I was told that they were “reliable” and “honest.” I’m generally the kind of person who believes something when I see it. I’m also obsessed with my car, and I won’t just trust anyone to work on it. I was extremely skeptical, but I was out of options. I had taken it all around town and been told by many different mechanics that my car couldn’t be fixed, that it was a lost cause, and that it was just a piece of garbage—that I should sell it because it was going to be a money trap.
Out of complete desperation, I finally caved and took it over to AVW. I handed my keys over to Chris, and I had no choice but to trust him. It took many trials and errors, working around my busy schedule and hunting down the specific source of the issue, but Chris spent countless hours doing research and digging through my Jeep. There were times when he even stayed at the shop late if I told him I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until after closing. If there were any issues, I called Craig, and he was extremely understanding and always talked me through a new plan. If I wasn’t satisfied, I took it back to him, and he did everything in his power to fix the issue. He was extremely honest and understanding, and even worked with me on payments when I shared that I was having a rough time financially. I would—and have—recommended Chris any chance that I get. As long as you are open and honest with him, he will be the same for you.
When we finally figured everything out, I called Chris in celebration because everything was perfect, and I was more than satisfied. I told him that I appreciated everything he had done for me, and I hoped that I would never have to see him or his team again—but that was the joke of the century. Now that my Jeep is fixed, I’ll be back for other accessories, and I will continue to go to him in the future for any issues I might have.”

“Great and fast service. Came here for Honda repair after some storm damage in May. I then returned it in Oct for a repair (hit a deer). I called the shop right after the deer impact and Joel told me to stop by to access the damage. I was able to put in an insurance claim right from the parking lot. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready the same Friday. Love this place!”
