“Outstanding experience at Ace Hardware on West Ave in Cartersville. I’m not even from this town — I’m here for work, and I still had another hour drive ahead of me to get this piece where it needed to go. I came in looking for a pretty specific pipe length and couldn’t find exactly what I needed on the shelf. An older gentleman took the time to walk me to the back and search through everything they had with me until we found what looked like the right piece. He also helped me get the other fittings I needed to finish the job. That kind of customer service is rare these days. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me solve the problem. I’m very thankful for the time and effort he gave me. Great people, great service, and exactly the kind of help that makes a place stand out.”

“Sammy is the bomb. He is always very helpful and very understanding. He knows what he is talking about. Me and my mom buy benijimin Moore because the quality of the paint. It's not cheap paint and it actually sticks good. Also it touches up easily.”

“I’m working on a big renovation project in my house and was having some trouble getting paint to roll smoothly on my walls. The store manager, Mark, went above and beyond listening to my problem and helping me find a solution! Very impressed by the kindness and customer service!”
