“Absolutely the best service and value! They did an alignment for me after I rebuilt the front-end of my 91 GMC truck. Great job! A few months later, something felt off and steering got squirrely above 50mph. They checked it over on the rack and found a tire ply separation. Excellent price on a couple tires then rechecked the alignment. Only charged me for the tires. This is quality customer service and left me feeling valued!”
“Kinda confused about the few bad reviews. People not wanting to pay for tires being plugged and people not coming back to give them a chance to address issues. I had been having issues with what I thought was 1 tire but ended up needing all 4. I saw all the good reviews and chose to come here. It was 8:30am on a weekday, but as soon as I pulled up they were at my car asking how they could help. He recommended getting new tired instead of used- which only cost me $420 (tax included). They were friendly and I was out of there before 9am. I've never spent less than 600 dollars on new tires. The price was great, they got the job done in record timing, and they were kind and respectful. I have had many issues having things done on my car in the past, but I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“Me and my family have been doing business with this place since I was 1213 years old. Just try for yourself and see for instance, today I called several different tire places to inquire about having four brand new tires that I bought put on one place is extremely saying $75 per tire but I laughed at them, good old Fowler Tire said about 20 bucks apiece that’s what it’s all about man all this gouging people trying to jump on the inflation bandwagon that supporting our country ruin small businesses like Fowler Tire that’s what American needs”

I had an amazing experience with Best Drive Roadside Assistance. Robert came out to help me with what I thought was a serious tire problem. I’m not a professional, so I expected it to be expensive — but he showed up within an hour, checked everything, and told me he could simply patch the tire. He fixed it quickly and saved me a lot of money.
Robert was honest, professional, and nothing like those other roadside companies that try to overcharge you. Best Drive truly lives up to their name. I highly recommend this company 100%!”
“The entire staff is informed and helpful. The tech installing my tires has worked there 20+ years. It seems everyone else there must be related. They seem happy to be working together and actually like their jobs. When was the last time you observed that? Melissa took the time to help me research tires and make an informed purchase. “We were traveling from FL to MI, and had our alternator quit working. After calling numerous mechanic shops and tow services, including my own insurance company and getting the run-around, I called Pep Boys and Jeff answered the phone. I cannot express how kind, clearly spoken, helpful, and genuine he was. He gave me the number to Pep Boys towing, and within a couple of hours we arrived to his shop. It was late in day on a Saturday, the day before Easter Sunday. Thankfully the shop was within walking distance to a motel for us to land for the night. Devin got to work right away on the vehicle but needed more time to finish. He came in bright and early on Easter Sunday morning and called me at 8:30 AM with the news the vehicle was ready. I truly am thankful that I called and Jeff picked up the phone that afternoon. Having two teenagers with me, in a city where we knew no one and were 1000 miles away from home, Jeff and Devin made me feel like we were cared about and their intentions were genuine.”

Also sold me another tire I needed at a very fair price. If I hadn't been in a hurry I'd have had him mount it for me too but I had to get on the road.”
