I was told I had to wait for a “banker” to close my account. After waiting 1 hr and 10 min the banker came out and said she was leaving for the day and just left. That was at 1:45. Unbelievable! This bank has the worst customer service in the world. Just plain lazy people that don’t care about their customers.

Six or seven employees sitting around talking to each other. I tried to open a bank account. No customers were inside the bank. I had an appointment. They told me to make another appointment and come back later. They said they didn’t feel like helping me.
