Ms Andrea and Ms Michelle are amazing.
I normally stay away from the inside of banks as well because for the most part the experiences are not very good.
But walking into the Ameris Bank in Cartersville on Hwy 41 with Andrea and Michelle is a great experience. They know me by name and acknowledge me when I come in.
I called the other day to speak with Michelle and missed her but she called me back. Who does that in any other bank?
I walked in yesterday and Ms Andrea was busy working on something and she said hello. I told her I would like to talk to her and it would take some time, but she said come in. I was with her at least one hour..
She didn't rush me or try to hurry me up. She took the time to answer my questions about cd's and open two new accounts for me.
They joke around with me and make me laugh. I never had that experience in any other bank.
The other thing is that it is personal, I am not looking into a computer screen talking to someone in another state or country. I am looking into someone else's eyes in front of me.
If I was there boss I would give them both a $500.00 gift card to go to the most expensive restaurant they can find and or a raise
