“I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team at Discount Tire in Columbus, GA! During my visit, they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top shape. When my low tire pressure light came on, they not only checked and adjusted my air pressure but also discovered that one of my tires was installed the wrong way—something I never would have noticed on my own! They quickly fixed it, rotated all my tires, and even replaced my windshield wiper blades, all at a very reasonable price. “The young lady that waited on me in the morning was very personal and professional. I told her what I needed to have done to my car and she arranged for transportation back to my home. She called me one time during the day to update me and let me know what was wrong and what the cost would be I told her to go ahead and she told me when the car would be ready. When they arrived to pick up the car she went over the invoice and then escorted us to the car so we can do an inspection everything looke great we were off.”
“I have never used this place before so after I have repairs done to my vehicle due to a wreck I will be updating my opinion of this place. but I can say that they were super awesome, I asked for an estimate and he immediately told me just bring it to me and I got u, & I couldn’t get anywhere else to do it for me. “I bought both my 2019 Jetta brand new and maintenance has been a breeze. I went in for an oil change and had to wait a mere 5 minutes to be seen because they were helping another customer with a complex issue. Check in took 2 min and I was out in an hour and 15 min, even with them being short on technicians that day.
Matt went over my 80,000 service interval with detailed pricing as usual. My car is in great shape thanks to them. I normally do my own maintenance, but I shy away from European cars. But they do good, honest work.
Always a pleasant experience. Always a pleasure to see Matt and Frankie. I always feel welcomed.”

“We used to come here when les owned it and we still come here with Chris. He worked with Les for years and is great. We have five cars that we only trust with this shop. Big and small fixes, and strange unknown problems Chris can figure them out. Most of our cars have 200 to 300 thousand but we have newer ones as well. We look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our cars. But note…. This is a small local shop, leave your car and pick it up when ready. Depending on the issue it may take time. I don’t often have emergency situations but when I have they have worked with me to get my car faster. I have had family with very complicated issues and it takes time to troubleshoot. Be patient given the circumstance and I think you will think this shop is all thumbs up.”

I felt that was awful high, so I went a short distance to O'Reilly's and for the same part they wanted $89. And then the young man went out of his way to find a discount to help me even farther. The O'Reilly's off Beaver Run is the place to go.”

“Let me just say I’m very picky when it comes to trusting mechanics at all. My normal shop I go to was completely full until Monday when I had an emergency problem. my jeep was over heating yet again. Fearful I started calling around to find another mechanic who could diagnose and take care of this problem for me immediately. I had work the next day and my daughter had dance that afternoon at 6. I called this place in good faith and I just want to say this guy did not disappoint me. If anything he really impressed me. I’ve actually drove past this store a 100 times over before never knowing they even work on cars too. I actually mistook them for just an auto parts store. The guy there is so relaxed and listened to all my issues and told me not to worry he’d take care of it that day. Still skeptical I handed him my keys and left. A little past lunch time he calls me to tell me what he diagnosed it to be. He also answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. An hour later he tells me it’s fixed. I come to pick it up and it’s like it was brand new again. I even test drove it for a while just to make sure his diagnosis was correct. Temperature gage never once fluctuated again after that. it’s been almost a week since and still no problem out of my jeep at all. If you need work done I definitely recommend this guy. And I don’t say that often about mechanics. He’s very professional understanding straight to the point and does great work. He definitely gained me as a customer for the future and I just want to say thanks again for everything! I really appreciate it.”
