Phone service was worst. I can be on on a business call when I hit a dead spot the call dropped. So I dropped T-Mobile.

“I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! First of all, Malik assisted me with getting a new phone, and it literally took less than 20 minutes. It is important to note the less than 20 minutes part because I had no service on my current phone at the time. So as a result, I had to go back-and-forth with my mom who is on the account and Malik made it such a smooth and reassuring process. He also helped me to get a really good deal on protection and a charger for my phone !!! I just really appreciated the people who work at this Verizon store they are all so kind, quick, and down for a laugh !”

“Today I had such a amazing interaction with Germain E. At the t mobile store in Lenox mall. He is such a knowledgeable associate, answered all my questions honestly and willing. (I know I had alot) He was honest and patient and welcoming. Because of that interaction I returned in a couple of days with my decision on the S25 ultra. There i met Tanisa M. who quickly help set up and transfer the old phone with the new. Again answering any and all my questions about the process. These two individuals are a major plus too t- mobile and because of there expertise and customer service I will gladly point anyone in there direction. “I came at the perfect time today and was assisted with amazing customer service from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was assisted right away! That’s never happened since the location is always so busy. Dwayne was well knowledgeable about everything Xfinity had to offer! I had to I only came in for WiFi but ended up starting a phone line as well! I didn’t even know Xfinity offered affordable service. Drea also assisted me today with swapping my service over swiftly and made sure that able to keep my own phone number !
