“I'd like to address these comments about Chynna to the owner. Concerning the negative reviews, I've been a customer of Sprint and now Tmobile for more than 15 years and I've been to this store multiple times with issues. I've always been taken care of by the staff. I can't remember the young ladys name(she'll know who she is) that fixed a recurring billing of $20 dollars that for years sprint and tmobile could not remove from my bill, she fixed it in 5 minutes.
Today at my office AT&T came by to check our fiber internet. I was offered a great deal on a business cell plan that would save $80 a month and pay off the $600+ balance on my phone. Like everyone i'm trying to cut costs so I decided to take it, without any fault to Tmobile. AT&T ported my number but was unable to activate service because my phone was locked, i owed money on it. The manager was fixing to leave my office and I noticed I had no service(because the my service was closed at Tmobile). He was unable to fix the problem with AT&T customer service so I came to the Tmobile store.
I explained to Chynna what was going on and even though I was probably a difficult customer to deal with, she remained patient and absolutely professional while we spent a considerable amount of time dealing with the trainwreck customer service at AT&T, who were unable to solve the problem and port my number back to Tmobile. My phone is heavily used in our courier business to communicate with our accounts, obviously this was a major issue for me. Chynna went well beyond what she needed to do to help me all the while she still greeted every customer that walked in while we sat at the table dealing with customer service at AT&T. I also made the situation more difficult because I don't have my password to the original email that I set the account up with Sprint more than a decade ago. Long story short Chynna came up with a solution by speaking extensively with Tmobile customer service whom eventually were able to get me another line on my account and get my phone working. I truly appreciate how Chynna patiently supported me for at least 90 minutes while we slowly came to the temporary solution. I'm still trying to get my number back from AT&T and will remain with Tmobile and try to find a more cost effective cell plan for my needs.
Chynna would have been well within her lane to tell me that there was nothing else she could do(which would have been correct because this was not a Tmobile problem) but she didn't give up and she solved my problem. Thank you Chynna.”

Christian was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was ready, willing and able to help me with my needs and even managed to upsell me some items. I will drive out of my way to come here again!! “I need to move from SIM to eSIM and don't have my PIN, so can't do that online myself. Tried the midtown store (which is walking distance) and the experience was terrible.... people there are clueless and I thought they don't know how to smile...
So came all the way out to this store, which has a much higher rating. They were a little busy, but Carlos was very helpful, he knows what to do after I told him my situation, and the whole process is done in no time. Please somebody give him an award or something...

Lyric went above and beyond to help us get a replacement phone as quickly and smoothly as possible.

However, they did not express they will need a background check and that they will lock you into a financial contract so when you decide to pop out of their services, you'll be obligated to pay the remainder of both bills. “Just left this location after trying 4 months to get my son’s phone on the federal discount program. I had been to other locations and was told to call customer service then called customer service and was told to go into a store. So finally I tried again and Jay took care of it he for one knew what I was talking about and applied for the program for me . I left feeling thankful because as a single mom of a teenage boy times are tuff but this makes it a little easier on my pockets and comfortable knowing my son and I can communicate without money being a barrier. “Worked with Henry Mentoe at store 2096 a little after 10 am this morning. I actually called his store because I was sitting outside the T-Mobile store in Alpharetta at 10:05 this morning and it never opened. I called the nearest T-Mobile and spoke with Henry on the phone about what I wanted to do- it was complicated and had to do with my mom‘s account, on which I’m an authorized user. Henry was reassuring and kind and helpful-all of the things that you hope for (and don’t always get ) when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend this store and working with Henry.”

“Today I had such a amazing interaction with Germain E. At the t mobile store in Lenox mall. He is such a knowledgeable associate, answered all my questions honestly and willing. (I know I had alot) He was honest and patient and welcoming. Because of that interaction I returned in a couple of days with my decision on the S25 ultra. There i met Tanisa M. who quickly help set up and transfer the old phone with the new. Again answering any and all my questions about the process. These two individuals are a major plus too t- mobile and because of there expertise and customer service I will gladly point anyone in there direction.
