“Heard about this place through Herman Millers authorized dealer locator. I was more that impressed. Upon entry the marketing team greeted me and made me feel more than welcome. In fact Kathleen, the director of Marketing gave me a tour.
The reason for my visit was a recent purchase of a used vintage Herman Miller Aeron. I wanted to look into getting some replacement parts or possibly repairs.
The team at CWC made it a priority to help me and put me in touch with the right people. This place is awesome, whether you're going in to shop, for repairs, or just to browse their impressive catalog of furniture and design history.
The only thing I would change is I would have gone earlier in the day to allow more time to browse. I am looking forward to going back!”

“It's a cute store but just be warned that it is not really a stationary store. It's more of a gift store. Everything is cute, and don't get me wrong - they do have stationary - and it's all set up on cute displays, but it's more of a store you'd go to to find a gift or a non-grocery-store-style greeting card rather than a place you'd go as a stationary enthusiast looking for their next fountain pen or MD paper notebook. Didn't have any journaling stickers, either.”

“Not sure why all the negative reviews. Kelsie was super helpful! This showroom provided me with exactly what I needed - a place to try out different Steelcase chairs, feel the fabrics, look at different options, review the features, etc. It’s a showroom so they don’t sell the actual products but they can provide you with a promo code to use whenever you’re ready to order. I left having a much better idea what I wanted and a business card of the rep to ask any follow up questions. Great experience!”
