I also spoke with Lou in the office, and both of them were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this business.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this UPS location thanks to Devonta Stevenson, the General Manager. From the moment you walk in, his positive energy is contagious. His smile truly lights up the entire store. The store also smells amazing which is weird and also cool at the same time. What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. It was incredible to watch people come in clearly stressed or upset and walk out smiling simply because they interacted with him. Devonta sets the standard for exceptional customer service which seems so rare these days. His attitude, professionalism, and warmth create an environment that makes a real difference. Great job, Devonta. UPS is lucky to have you!”

“These guys are outstanding! ..and they just did it again. Chris and Nick teamed up and save my worms after the driver managed to miss my house for two extra days. Nick helped me find them with the app. And Chris called me as soon as they came in. Without them, the worms would have been dead, I'm sure. They would never have lasted another day. But we had a 100% survival rate! Thank y'all..”

“Sara and her team at DAS are absolutely extraordinary. The prints are exquisitely beautiful and of the highest quality I have found anywhere. The likeness with the original paintings is amazing. Every order is handled with professionalism, care, skill, and impeccable attention to every detail. The customer service is truly above and beyond. Many times, Sara and her team have bent over backwards to print and ship special orders in record time. Most of all, they have done so with incredible kindness, compassion, and generosity. I am so grateful for DAS and recommend them wholeheartedly. With heartfelt thanks, Katherine W.”

“Great UPS store location...best in the city of Atlanta...thanks to the owner, but a SPECIAL thanks to RENEE ✨✨✨. She is truly fantastic!!! When I arrive, I get that deeply grained and genuine customer service that I thought no longer existed. She makes me feel welcome when I arrive...a friend ...not just a customer walking through the door and NEVER had an issue with my packages. She is why I return year after year. Never deviate to other locations because of service ....kindness like hers. She is the TRUTH ❤️?❤️”

“Fast Signs did an excellent job on a public art project involving massive outdoor vinyl murals. It was a complicated project with lots of stakeholders and quite a few variables, so we were not the easiest client. Fast Signs was professional, organized, detail-oriented, and communicative. They were sensitive to our time constraints and went above and beyond to make sure we met our deadline. Special thanks to Project Manager Prachi Chande, who was a pleasure to work with throughout this process. We will happily turn to them for future projects.”

“11th Circuit Court of Appeals project. 18 appendices, 3 briefs (one under seal - plus 13 Appendices under seal). Document Pros did an amazing job! Perfect finished product, perfectly followed instructions as to binding, cover color. They also found my errors and let me correct them before printing. Document Pros also had the project completed ahead of schedule. Very easy to work with. Plus they delivered it to the court themselves. Completely satisfied. I will use again. UPDATE: I did use them again, and again they were outstanding! I ended up having a rush filing for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. They rushed my copies and binding and delivered my documents to the 11th Circuit. I believe they are the best copy and binding service for the 11th Circuit. They do what they say they are going to do, give me an accurate time of estimate of when the project will be ready, and on top of that deliver it themselves to the 11th Circuit. I trust them and don't have to worry once the project is in their hands.”

“Working with Clash was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My company came into Atlanta to conduct research at a conference and we needed to print foam core boards that we could pick up in store. I gave Clash a call about 2 weeks in advance to see if they were a good fit. I received excellent customer service over the phone and my questions were answered thoroughly (unfortunately I don't remember the name of the person spoke to, but you were great)! When it came time to place our orders, I worked with Alissa who was fantastic and took extra special care of our orders. She sent me proofs in a timely manner and had an excellent response time. We picked up those orders a couple of days before the event and had no complaints. The day before our event, we needed to use their same day services to print a colex cut foam core board. I was worried that it wouldn't be done in the same day, but it was! My entire team was impressed with the quality of the boards and I was thrilled with my experience. Some of our orders had very specific needs and Clash handled them with ease. We will keep Clash in mind should we need printing services in the Atlanta again.”

“Alphagraphics West Midtown was very prompt in giving us rough drafts of the business cards that we ordered. They recreated a card where we gave them the original design of previous cards. We gave them a JPEG logo for another card and they created a new one for us. Once we approved the drafts, the cards were ready within just a few days. They shipped them to us or we could have picked them up in person. We were very satisfied with Brian McDaniel and his team.”
