“5 stars. Ivey was helpful and nice. She took care of me and my family through all 8 million questions we had. Ivey was personable and didn’t sell us on Verizon using sleezy salesmen techniques, but rather explained it and let the company speak for itself. The owner of this store knows who to hire, and I will probably be a loyal customer due to her customer service. On the note of the actual company, the service has been better than AT&T by leaps and bounds but still has its dead spots. I mean who doesn’t we live in the sticks. Not trying to bash AT&T bc I did that on their reviews. (Mostly cuz my bill for just me was $150 and at version for my family of 5 it’s $200) But overall it’s been amazing working with them for my phone service and we’re considering going to them for more services! I’d recommend them in a normal conversation. They’re just that good.”

She took the time to listen to what was going on with my phone, was incredibly kind and patient, and had my issue fixed in less than 10 minutes. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to spend money on a new device—she simply wanted to help.

“Myranda R is the most patient and knowledgeable employee!!! She literally spent hours helping me with my new phone. Her patience is truly amazing. She has helped me now with two phones for me and one for my husband. Not being very technologically savvy, that was no easy task. To have an employee like Myranda makes T-Mobile look good. I can’t imagine switching carriers because it would mean I’d lose her help. I hope that her efforts get the recognition that she deserves. She is the best! She is a once in a lifetime employee. My 5 stars are inadequate to represent the service, knowledge and patience that Myranda should receive! So grateful for her!!!! My hope is that T/Mobile is too.”
