Unlike other places we’ve dealt with in the past, they were very transparent, informative, and honest about what was going on. They clearly explained our options, helped us choose the best solution for the vehicle, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services.
Most importantly, they respected our time and got us in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s refreshing to work with a service team that values clear communication and customer trust. “The best repair shop around, without a doubt! If you’re searching for an amazing, reliable mechanic you can end your search here. Too bad 5 stars ++ isn’t an option because 5 stars just doesn’t do these guys justice to truly highlight their service. I’ve been taking my cars to North Atlanta for a few years now and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Their customer service is top notch, prices are very reasonable, and the mechanics are the best at what they do.
