My service rep Raza was very patient and my service tech Riaz Ali kept me very well informed about the services I ordered and needed and when they’d be done. Great experience, even on a tough day for them.”

I was consistently kept up to date with the progress of my vehicle repairs. They worked extremely well with my insurance company to ensure this was a completely smooth and seamless process. They are Electric Vehicle certified and General Motors(GM) certified which was very pleasing to me. My car was not only accurately repaired in a timely manner, but it was returned to me looking nearly showroom floor ready! Billy was absolutely stellar with his customer service! He made personal contact with me to me just to ensure that I felt like more than just another customer. The front desk receptionist was also very nice and welcoming whenever I called or visited. “We here at Techrhon Aerial, appreciate you guys. First of all, all our parts are always right. The employees are very courteous and professional. We walk in the door they make you feel like you belong.. Just the manager as a leader upon leaders. He has an amazing staff of people that work next to him. Deborah is really cool. I like talking to her when I walk in the door.. There’s also a tall black guy I don’t know his name he’s hourly employee and he just made him a manager. I don’t wanna disrespect him by not saying his name appropriately but he’s a hell of an employee. He never gets discouraged. He’s always on top of it.. Kudos to the entire staff keep doing what you guys are doing. To anyone reading this, you can’t go wrong. We’re going to this AutoZone. It’s nice to be able to walk into the door and not talk to a bunch of idiots. Just to help you understand ,I had to go to O’Reillys yesterday unfortunately I walk in the door to the guy, I got a 2012 F450 and the employee response to me who makes that . “I am really big on Customer Service and being polite Susana was amazing. I called because I needed new rims and tires and lets just say I was not amused because at this point I had called and went to every tire place in the area. Everyone else was saying your tires will take 2 -3 days etc. She explained I could come and have everything done same day. Manuela(hope I spelled that correctly) went to get my tires and rims. I was out pretty quickly. Even though there was a person before me. I sat in the office and we chatted like old friends. I am grateful I found them because from now on they will be my people. My new rims are beautiful and my tires are great. Happy to have found them would recommend anytime. Keep in mind if you want nice rims you will pay for them. the selection of rims is chefs kiss.Please never get rid of Susana she is so lovely and I am so grateful to have experienced someone who actually likes their work and people.
