I was consistently kept up to date with the progress of my vehicle repairs. They worked extremely well with my insurance company to ensure this was a completely smooth and seamless process. They are Electric Vehicle certified and General Motors(GM) certified which was very pleasing to me. “I am really big on Customer Service and being polite Susana was amazing. I called because I needed new rims and tires and lets just say I was not amused because at this point I had called and went to every tire place in the area. Everyone else was saying your tires will take 2 -3 days etc. She explained I could come and have everything done same day. Manuela(hope I spelled that correctly) went to get my tires and rims. I was out pretty quickly. Even though there was a person before me. I sat in the office and we chatted like old friends. I am grateful I found them because from now on they will be my people. My new rims are beautiful and my tires are great. Happy to have found them would recommend anytime. Keep in mind if you want nice rims you will pay for them. the selection of rims is chefs kiss.Please never get rid of Susana she is so lovely and I am so grateful to have experienced someone who actually likes their work and people. “S-O to Kim, Moawia and Lawrence Assisted my daughter and I today. We were greeted as soon as we stepped in. That was a very small line, but not much of a way at all. Moawia I just finished a customer as Kim was finishing up with hers. She was all smile, so I decided to step to her. She was able to assist me and in no time she was escorting me outside So that she can see what the problem was. We figured it out and Moawia Was able to come in and assist you would not let me touch anything or carry anything whatsoever. Where he needed help, Lawrence was able to pick up and explain what I needed to know and what to do next.
