“I just happened to shop at this Walmart location. I happened to stop by at Techy, because I got the new iPhone 17 PRO MAX. My two visits, Allen was so helpful and very easy to talk too. HE helped me get two iPhone cases for my new phone and helped me put the new cases on my phone. He even took 2 older phones I had which was so old, he would recycle them. He went above and beyond to help me out, I will definitely come back to see him if I need further assistance.”

“First impressions are very important!
My first impression of this establishment occured on a Saturday afternoon after I had purchased jewelry from Zales Outlet at Sugar Loaf Mills.
I also needed to have a ring resized and they could not find it in their Zales data base - neither could Kay Jewelers for warranty. I know I bought it from one of them but that's a different story. I was very happy with my experience at Zales and will do a review once my jewelry is ready.
Upon running a few more errands in Stone Mountain - City Fix and Gifts caught my eye. The name is just enough to let you know they do a little bit of everything ! When I saw jewelry repair on the door I went in to see if they could resize my ring.
Sure enough the owner was very friendly but not attempting to sell me anything more than what I came in for - he focused on what I wanted and assured me it would be taken care of. I asked if he could also clean the ring for me.
This was a Saturday AFTERNOON. I received a call Monday afternoon letting me know the ring was ready!!! It sparkled so much I did my best Fred Sanford when I got home LOL
I also plan to purchase/repair more jewelry, have them look at my computer storage and I have to remember that they have copy/print/fax services. Check out the establishment for yourself!”
“Dara was a godsend. It was a Sunday and the well-known chain of shops that my phone insurance company uses no longer stocks screens for slightly older Samsung phones, so they had told me I needed to get a new device. I called him and not only did he have the part in stock but he was able to do it quickly and stayed late on a Sunday to help me out. If not for him all of my secondary authentications required for my employers would have been out of service for a few days, awaiting whatever Verizon wanted to send to me. Instead I was able to be back and running in less than 2 hours & all ready for Monday morning. His work was quick but thorough, and everything is working great. Thank you again for going above & beyond! Very uncommon these days!”
