“It was a pretty good experience except for the other day when I went to go to my storage someone had backed into it I'm assuming the cameras will catch it. They have a very clean facility and their bathroom is immaculatep so I give it a five star it's never too crowded although the space in the parking spots are very close you never feel overwhelmed and from what I see they have a 24-hour staff”

They helped me to figure out how to escalate it to the appropriate department in corporate. I have always had a pleasant experience coming to this location. I call myself a frequent flyer because I used them for ALL my moving/storage needs. Excellent customer service, empathetic, and genuinely caring for each customer's need. I can't thank them enough for all they do when I'm there and I need to rent.

Martha, via the eAlert department, was very kind and empathetic to my identity theft. She made sure to take an extra look to see how I could rectify my account. properly. She went above and beyond what was expected, considering the first time I spoke with someone. He was very disconcerning, nonchalant, and just downright rude. He acted as though he didn't even want to be at work. Must less, help me with my situation.
