“This location was amazing! I love that is has the added security features so that I’m not worried about my belongings while I’m away traveling for work. My unit was very spacious and clean, to my surprise I received a lock for my unit which was definitely a plus! I’ll be recommending this location to family and friends!”

“Tay was so helpful! I really went through it this year. I was in hurricane Helene last year in NC, I lost everything except for what I had in my car; last week my car died. I've been trying to figure out how to put the stuff somewhere so it doesn't get ruined or lost, on a razor thin budget.
I've had a really hard and expensive time moving this stuff around. It took me a long time to get settled at public storage, I was about to get charged for another month for an empty unit that I was never even able to move int! Tay caught this issue I brought it to my attention without me even asking, on a phone call no less (could've easily been a notification that I never saw)
Thats the kind of customer service, that you can't train somebody for (AI cant do it...yet) People who care about people and try to make things a little bit easier for them, try to make the world a little bit better, we need more people like you Tay. Thank you. @nameinlites_”
“Clean, modern, and air-conditioned facility with attentive (and pleasant!) staff.
I immediately received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the Extra Space office on Dekalb Industrial. After asking a couple of questions and explaining my storage needs, Velonique recommended a unit that was a perfect fit. Not only that, she showed me how to use the cylinder lock and allowed me to try it under her guidance – I found super helpful since I hadn’t ever used a cylinder lock.
I’ve since visited my unit multiple times, and called in with various questions, and have had consistently pleasant and helpful experiences.

“Very nice storage. I had an outside storage and did not have to deal with any bugs whatsoever. Storage was very clean. My only complaint is in regards to the rate increasing every so often. I had my storage for about a yr. and my rate from the introductory rate of $21 to $42 after 3-4mos of having the storage. Then it increased to $84. Other than that, awesome storage and customer service ?”

“My favorite storage spot! When I tell you I love this location I really mean it. Not only is the facility nicely maintained but the staff are amazing, especially Nicole. She was my saving grace. She helped me find the perfect unit sizes for the amount of things I had, and trust it was a lot. Since I was transferring them from another storage facility the process was overwhelming, but because of Nicole everything went so smoothly.
