“I needed a new battery and one employee went above and beyond to help me. I am a gentleman and will not let a woman carey heavy thimgs for me. I started to grab the battery and she said no sir, that is my job and I will do it. She carried the battery to my truck, picked it up and over the side right into place and installed it for me. Autozone is very lucky to have an named Bianci Abline at the Ooltewah store.PS, she did at least let me open the store door as she carried the battery to my truck.”

“Y'all!!! The people who work here are amazing. My battery light came on and I stopped by. Turns out my alternator was bad. I am on no way mechanically inclined and was worried about making it to a shop. Not only were they able to help out with finding a mechanic to come out, they even gave me a chair to sit down on in the AC while he was fixing my vehicle. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. Jerome was the best. Things like your car messing up can be super stressful but they immediately put my mind at ease.Way to go AutoZone Cohutta!!!”
