“I give credit where credit is due, and Rick Worley and Son Inc. deserves more credit than I can give, by far. My sons and I were on the interstate yesterday evening headed to Lake Winnie from Cleveland, and as we were getting off the interstate in East Ridge I could tell that one of my front tires was going flat, fast. We pulled into the Mapco, and luckily a technician from Rick Worley and Son Collision and Towing just happened to pull in a few moments later. Without question, he pulled his truck over and offered to help. It was a bit tricky to find the puncture, because there was nothing stuck in the tire, and I’d already tried using Fix a Flat, with no success… but none the less, he found it, plugged it, and aired everything back up! I tried to pay him numerous times, and he absolutely refused! He said “just get your boys to Lake Winnie, don’t worry about it”.With everything going on in the world today, it was so awesome and humbling to just see people helping people again. I am beyond grateful, and will probably never be able to return the favor, but it’s an evening that we’ll never forget. Thank you Sir”
“I was in here on 4JAN2024.These people are absolutely the best. Got in here 0600, truck was pulled in @ 0900. They found the issue right away after I explained what was going on, ans showed them a short video of what was going on. They feed me, got me fixed, up and rolling in about 2 1/2 -3 1/2 hours.
